              Henry Kline Hollinger

        From:
             ShirleyRobinette <smr@wvi.com>

I found the following in HKH's book. His lineage is hard to understand as
he includes a lot of info along with it. He also did not give any dates.
I think the following is correct:
Henry Kline Holinger
son of Charles Brunner Hollinger & Harriet Mae Kline (dau of Henry Kline &
Annie Rachel Sanders)
HKH marr: Dorothy Allison ALlen(dau of Elwood Allen & Jennie Bellhouse
Raynor)

HKH writes of a tannery business which may connect with the Hollinger's in
Charles Spotts book "Story of Leathers".

I will keep trying to sort it out.Shirley

I have a post card that reads...
                                      on top, front of postcard-
                                          Hotel Jefferson
                                 Kentucky Ave. near Beach,
                                          Atlantic City, N.J.
                                          on bottom, front-
John H. Fetter and John R. Hollinger, Owners
                                               on back-
                                      JEFFERSON HOTEL
                           Kentucky Ave              Atlantic City
A new Fireproof Hotel - Sun Deck on
                              tenth floor overlooking the ocean-
175 rooms and bath, most of which have
ocean view - elevator from street level.
                             John R. Hollinger, General Manager
                                     FETTER & HOLLINGER
                                    Owenership Management
The card was made in the USA by E.C. Kroff Co., Milwakee, Wis. I'm
not very good at guessing make and models of cars....there are 2 cars parked in
front of the Hotel, they look like the kind that gangsters used but I think
they may be about 1940s.  Big tires with big whitewalls & runningboards!

Does anyone have this John R. Hollinger?

Best regards,
Terry McCurdy

Hi Jeff,

I ride the bikepath in Northfield to the end at Dolphin Ave. almost every
day. Is this cemetery still there? If so, I can check for you the next
time I ride.
