This is a complete transcription from the National Archives and Records Administration's Record Group 217, "Records of the Third Auditor." The series title is "Settled Accounts for Payment of Accrued Pensions (Final Payments)." The following is from Box 72, File 12519, and is the claim on behalf of the heirs of Elizabeth Hooper of Dekalb County, Georgia for payment of all her penison benefits.
Mrs. Elizabeth Hooper, the widow, had applied for a widow's pension based on her husband's Revolutionary Service on the same day she had applied for payment of his unpaid accrued pension. That application by the widow is transcribed separately.
Inline comments, explanatory notes, or questionable readings are enclosed in [] square brackets. Line breaks correspond to those in the original documents. All underlining is present in the original.
