The Mount Royal Cemetery reports his last address as 43 Selby Street, Montreal and his place of death as St. Anne's Military Hospital, St. Anne de Bellevue, Quebec.

Florence Schofield says he died of cancer. He is buried in Section G2229-F of the cemetery.

His marriage certificate in 1905 shows his address to be 1 Rhyl St.., his father was a joiner and the witnesses were James Herbert Feamley and Emily Howard. They were married at St. James Church in the parish of St. James in Bolton. Thomas' occupation is also that of joiner.

Notes for Louisa Bommer

Louisa's birth certificate in 1889 shows her parents names, the address is 16 Rivington St., and her father is a general labourer.

Her marriage certificate in 1905 shows her address to be 71 Egerton St., her father is deceased and that he had been a carter and the witnesses were James Herbert Feamley and Emily Howard. They were married at St. James Church in the parish of St. James in Bolton.
