John Jr.'s death certificate reads he is buried in Evergreen Cemetery in Jacksonville. He resided in Jacksonville for 25 years previous to his death. He was a widower, carpenter by trade. Person informing of his death was: Mrs. J. A. Horton, 929 Virginia St., Jacksonville....he was a Master Carpenter by trade, and was U. S. Marshall for one year in Gainesville, FL, year unknown. The Mrs. J. A. Horton mentioned above, was Alma DeLoach.
