HOLLINGSWORTH ARRIVALS, 1820-1846, IN THE PORT OF NEW YORK

(We are indebted to Mrs. J. Howard Wilkins, 450 Rose Lane, Fort Wayne, Indiana,
U.S.A., for the work presented in this article. The Passenger Arrival Lists,
Port of New York City, were kept continuously from 1820. We do not know if they
are complete, but those now extant are in the National Archives, Washington, D.C.
They have been filmed on 675 rolls of microfilm (1820-1897 inclusive), any roll
of which may be purchased at a price of about $9.00. The series may also be rented
from the central or branch libraries of the Genealogical Association, Salt Lake
City, U.S.A., to be viewed on their premises.) This series is indexed only to 1846.
