Inventory of said John Hollinworth, Gent. 20 July 1671: £33-03-10. ffrancis Brecknocke, Robt: Soare. Administratrix "Mariam Hollingworth eus matrem, Richo: Cross, filio natli dei defuncti." Mary Hollingworth, his mother and Richard Cross his natural brother."

     (41) Administration of Mary Hollingworth, late of Spondon, Co. Derby, widow, deceased. Bond 20 July 1671. Inventory £6-02-04. Bond of Mr. Richard Cross, lawfull sonne of Mary Hollingworth, late of Spondon Parish, Co. Derby, deceased.

     (42) Will of George Hollingworth, Glossop, Derbyshire, dated 10 April 1673. Yeoman. Sick of bodie. William Hollingworth my natural brother to enjoy tenement at Mosilee, Parish of Glossop, by indenture of assignment. All husbandrie geare; and to every child he hath 5s. saving Anne, to whom I give ffortie shillings. To brother Rodger Hollingworth and to his children £10. To sister Elizabeth one cow; To Elizabeth Bramhall £1. Joseph Kenion 10s. Ann Eyer 5s to every Godchild 12d apeece. All rest of my goods to my Executrix Anne my wife. Witnesses Charles Linyard, Rodger hallworth (sic), Tho: Booth. Signed by testator, with a wax seal marked with letter "H" (not armigerous). Inventory, 23 April 1673. Appraisement by Thomas Harrison, Nicholas Chalkworth, John Chepley and Nicholas Imgard. Farm implements and cattle: £69-00-00. Probate 30 April 1673.

     (43) Will of Henry Hollinworth, late of Chesterfield, Derbyshire, baker. Dated 12 Oct. 1673. Sicke. Jane Bellfett £10. John Wattson £10. Anne Brandern 40s. Nephews Peter Wattson and William Wattson, Peeter and William Parker and Thomas Parker, each 40 shillings. Brother William Hollinworth 12d. Executors, Brother (in law - H.H.) Peter Parker, cozen (probably nephew - H.H.) Thomas Radford, Nephew Robert Belfett, Robert Gascoyne. Dorithy Wattson her x; to Edward Brandon £5. Signed by mark "H".

     (44) Nuncupative (oral) Will of Henry Hollingworth, Fillongley, County Warwick, husbandman. Spoken on 21 Jan. 1674, or written down by witnesses as of that date. Proved 4 Nov. 1675. Inventory 7 June 1675. Inventory £140. Thomas Barbar, William Hollias, Richard Abell, appraisers. Will: Yeoman; Sicke in body. All his goods etc. to Joan his wife. He named her to be his full and sole Executrix. Uttered in the presence of Thomas Reeve and Richard Abell.

     (45) Will of William Hollingworth, Masilee, Parish of Glossop, Co. Derby, husbandman, perfect health. My daughters Ellen, Ann, Martha, and Margaret Hollingworth, 40 shillings each. Ann my now wife all my goods and chattles. Ann Robbinson and Ellen Robbinson 1 ewe lamb each; Thomas, son of Rodger Hollingworth, 1 s. Wife extx. Dated 3 June 1675. Ann "A" Hollingsworth, Wm.
