Jefferson Allen's Headstone

Jefferson Allen was the son of John & Elizabeth Allen. While born in Estill County in 1838, he grew up and married in Clay County. By 1881, the family had returned to Estill County as the three children of Jefferson and Mary "Polly" Hollingsworth Allen were married in Estill County.

Jefferson died in 1918 and is buried in the Pea Ridge Cemetery in West Estill County.
