Alpha Hoover Cox was the daughter of James
and Lutisha Hoover. She was born 19 Sep 1891 in either Lee or Estill County.
She died 24 Feb 1916 in Estill County. On 02 Feb 1906, she married William "Billy" Cox. She rests next to her father in the Hoover Cemetery located in Alumbaugh, KY. |
