hoover21.jpg (20102 bytes) Lutisha Miller Hoover was born 16 Dec 1876 in Owsley County.  She died 02 Apr 1962 in Estill County and is buried in the S. Irvine Cemetery.  She was the daughter of Evan and Mary Porter Miller.

She was the second wife of James Hoover, marrying him on 07 May 1890 in Lee County.  James died 02 Oct 1917 and is buried in the Hoover Cemetery in Alumbaugh, KY

Lutisha and James were the parents of 9 known children:  Alpha, Omega, Cleveland, Hattie, Docia, James B., Zoda, Charles and Mary.
