Sarah (or Sallie) Lunsford Brinegar Tuggle
was born Aug 1841 in Clay County, KY. She was the daughter of Hiram and Lydia
Hollingsworth Lunsford. On 25 Mar 1862, she married Hudson Brinegar in Estill County. Hudson was the son of Israel and Catherine Hughes Brinegar. He was born about 1834 in Estill County and died in 1873 in Estill County. After Hudson's death, she married George Tuggle on 07 Sep 1880. Sallie and Hudson were the parents of 5 known children: Israel, Louisa, Mary, John, and Susan. Sallie and George were the parents of 2 known children: Alma and William. |
