Willie Joe Sparks was the only surviving son of the
first marriage of John Graddison Sparks. His mother was Barthena Parsons. He
was born 01 Aug 1884 in Jackson County. He died 26 Dec 1973 in Estill County. Louisa Hoover Webb Sparks was the daughter of Andy and Fannie Plowman Hoover. She was born 12 Jun 1881 in Estill County. She died 24 Mar 1964. Willie Joe and Louisa were married in Estill County on 13 Apr 1910. Louisa had been married previously to a Webb. Willie Joe and Louisa are buried in the S. Irvine Cemetery in S. Irvine, KY. |
