There are many other deeds in the name of David Summers, but the one cited is the most important because it was his home place where he built the house now located there, and which was sold to Jacob Bowman after the death of David Summers in 1857.

The executors were Jacob Beck, his son in law, and B.F. Hailman

line 1329: David Summers, died February, 1857, Middle River, age 74;
wife, Julia; Jacob Beck, son in law, gave the information. Parents are
given as Henry and Mrs. Summers, but the records prove otherwise.
