YOU ARE HEREBY AUTHORIZED TO CELEBRATE THE RITES OF MATRIMONY

Between Mr. S. A. Bailey and Miss Ludie Harrison and make due return to the Clerk of the County Court of said County within sixty days thereafter, certifying your action under this License.
