HOW TO SUBSCRIBE
Good News: Our Mailing List is growing daily. If you are interested in the HENRY GIBBS, SR. Family, please join with us in our discussions of the genealogy and history of the HENRY GIBBS, SR. Family of North Carolina, or whereever it may take us.
You can subscribe to our list in Mail Mode* by sending an Email message to:
that contains the word
subscribe
in the Text area, and nothing else.
If you prefer Digest Mode*, you should Email the subscribe command instead to:
* Mail Mode
- you receive each email sent to the list individually.
* Digest Mode
- you receive several emails at once as a digest, with a table of contents.
HOW TO UNSUBSCRIBE
To unsubscribe, follow the steps above, except enter the command, "unsubscribe" (without the quotes) in the Text and Email to:
GIBBS-HENRY-L-request@rootsweb.com (if in Mail Mode) or
GIBBS-HENRY-L-request@rootsweb.com (if in Digest Mode.)
Remember: If you Subscribed in the Mail Mode, you must Unsubscribe in the Mail Mode, and if you Subscribed in the Digest Mode, you must Unsubscribe in the Digest Mode. To switch from one mode to the other, you should unsubscribe from one and then subscribe to the other. There is no "no mail" mode -- if you want messages to stop, you should simply unsubscribe.
HOW TO SEND A MESSAGE
Once you are subscribed, to send a message to the List, Email it to:
!!! Please put the Subject of your message in the Subject Line !!!
This will let others know what your message is about.

normally would, and in the spelling of Surnames, such as GIBBS. Otherwise,
