Will Spencer - Jabin Cahoon House

This is the Will Spencer/Jabin Cahoon house located on Cahoon Road in Engelhard. I talked with Will Spencer's daughter who told me that her father built the house in 1920. The family lost the property during the depression. It was later sold to Jabin Cahoon who lived there and whose daughter lived in it for a while after his death, but it has been unoccupied for quite a while now.

UPDATE: May 2007 - This house has been bought and renovations have begun.  The yard is being cleared and a new roof has been installed.
