- John Phillip Peters came to US in March of 1834 and was one of the first settlers of German colony in Washington Co., Ohio. Mother's maiden name was Wagoner (first name unknown).
- Maria Bizantz in 1799 in Duerkheim, Germany. Died in Marietta, Ohio in 1863.
