Per email message from mary Celine Scott: "Macomb Journal - July 1996: M. PAULINE McDANIEL Macomb - M. Pauline McDaniel, 70, of 1525 E. Pierce St., Macomb, died at 2:37 p.m. Monday, July 22, 1996 at the St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. She was born Sept. 18, 1925 in Industry to Fred and Ina (Owen) Lance. She married Howard Eugene McDaniel on Feb. 5, 1945 in Rushville. He preceded her in death on Aug. 11, 1972. She is survived by one son, Michael E. McDaniel of Macomb; four daughters, Janet K. Blue, Barbara Mason, Edna Marie Knowles, and Lori Lynn Clark, all of Macomb; 10 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Betty Anderson of Peoria and Judy Lance of Macomb. She was also preceded in death by her parents, and one sister, Anna Dorsett. Mrs. McDaniels, lived most of her life in Macomb and was an inspector fo McGraw-Edison, retiring in December of 1987. Services are 1 p.m. Friday at the Dodsworth-Piper-Wallen Funeral Home in Macomb. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery. Friends may call after 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home."
