He was married to Sarah WHITE on 2 Nov 1837 in Bibb Co., Alabama. Consent of Benjamin Ragland for Samuel to marry, so he was definitely under age 21. Sarah WHITE died about 1845. Samuel M. RAGLAND and Sarah WHITE had the following children:
