Wilhelm Koberstein immigrated to New Zealand aboard the "Fritz Reuter" departing Hamburg April 11, 1876. This family was from Guben in Prussia. Here is a very interesting history of the arrival of the "Fritz Reuter". Do a search on the web page after you get there is near the bottom.

George Albert (I assume this is the same as the 1893 birth above for Albert George) married Minna Maria Freda Wolfraad. She was born in Pietz not far from Cottbus and first came with her father to Australia but at a young age they moved to Wellington New Zealand. Zeta their eldest girl who married C. Herbert J. Hood and had three children; Marion, (married name Peddie) (deceased) Lynette (married name Brown) (Bictoria Canada) adn Ross who married Alice Candy lives in Levin New Zealand. Albert Martin married Catherine (Kay) Fitzgerald from Timaru New Zealand and they had six children.
