I've created this web site to share my Family History and Genealogical research with interested family members and distant cousins.

Kay's Family History and Genealogy web site is divided into several sections:

• Surnames - Brief genealogical sketches and lineage's of some of our ancestors sorted by surname.
• Locations - Brief genealogical sketches and lineage's of some of our ancestors sorted by location.
• Stories - A collection of articles and stories about relatives and ancestors.
• Photos - A collection of family photographs.
• Recipes - A collection of family recipes.
• Wills & Deeds - Transcriptions of some primary records relating to our ancestors.
• Maps - A collection of maps to illustrate locations relevant to our ancestors travels and locations.
• Comments - You may leave me a comment, I appreciate any suggestions or ideas for improvement.

In addition to this main site, there are two "Family History Projects" with additional information for all researchers of the Ifft/Ift/Eft and Schaney/Schoene/Schini surnames.

Note for researchers: I am not actively working on any genealogy right now as I do not have access to the majority of my files that are in storage.

Note for Starr researchers or people looking for the singer Kay Starr: I'm not researching the surname Starr, it's my middle name, and my mom (kind of) named me after the singer, but we are no relation
