He married May 30, 1730 in Lichtenberg, Germany Maria Magdalena Bauer, daughter of Valentin Bauer. He is buried at Jordan Lutheran Church, Lehigh Co. South Whitehall Twp., Walberts, PA.

He came to Philadelphia, PA on the ship "Samuel" commanded by Captain Hughy Percy, August 30, 1737.

Susanna Rabenold (1786-1852) daughter of Peter and Barbara (Knerr) Rabenald married July 22, 1805 in Pennsylvania, John Fredrick Fellers (1779-1857) son of of Andreas and Eva Catherine (Roth) Foeller.
