Will of  Amos Ladd

Item: I give and bequeath unto Amos Ladd Moore all the rest of my moveables in doors and out of doors and to pay all just debts and to receive all debts due unto me freely to be paid by him and his heirs forever.

I also appoint, ordain and constitute the said Amos Ladd Moore my Sole Executor to this my last will and Testament. I do hereby willingly disallow revoke and dismiss all and every other former testaments, wills, legasies, bequeaths and Executors by me any wise before named Wills etc. And hereby declaring this to be my last will and testament.In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal the twenty-sixth day of October in the year One Thousand Seven hundred and Seventy Nine.

Signed, sealed, published, pronounced and declared by the said Amos Ladd, as

his last will and testament, in the presence of us, who in his presence and in

the presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names.
