GenConnect is an automated query management system. Not only do visitors see their queries posted right away,
but the messages are also threaded, meaning someone can post a message in response to a previously posted
query. Each GenConnect board is indexed not only with the GenConnect Global Search Engine, but also with

Be sure when posting a query to the Ladd Forum to list allied family names and as much detailed information
(dates, places, etc.) as you can to help others determine whether there is a connection to the Ladds they are
researching. Also, double check the e-mail address you are listing for yourself on the Board so that others may
contact you. If you post an incorrect address, or do not make clear how your query ties in with the
LADD or variant surname, it will be deleted from the Query Board without notice.
