Eugene Ladd

Eugene I. Ladd, 72, of Mumford died August 16, 2000 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester. The son of Horace and Ellison (Grant) Ladd, Eugene was born April 12, 1928 in Wheatland. He is retired from the Town of Wheatland as a truck driver. After his retirement from Wheatland, Eugene repaired golf carts. He was a member of the Mumford Fire Department. Eugene is survived by his wife, Hazeltine (Embling) Ladd, Mumford, sisters; Doris Dalcin, Rochester, Virginia (Paul) Pangrazio, Stafford, Yvonne Conklin, Tampa, FL, Carol Ashley, Avon, Brother; Clarence Ladd, Ft Collins, CO and several nieces and nephews.

Friends attended his funeral service, Friday, August 18, 2000 at 11:00 A.M. at the Alhart Funeral Home. Officiating the service was Reverend Thomas Vickers. Interment was held at Riga Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Caledonia Ambulance, PO Box 1, Caledonia, NY 14423.
