Mrs. Lucy Lu Ladd, age 25, wife of William Ladd, died at her home on Eagle
street in this city last Wednesday night after a lingering illness of
tuberculosis. Mrs. Ladd was the daughter of the late John Freeman of Trigg
county, and had lived in that county until coming to Princeton several months
ago. the remains were taken to Trigg county last Friday morning and burial
followed at the Adams graveyard near Cadiz. Funeral services were held at the
grave conducted by Rev. C.R. Noel, of Cadiz.
