LADD, Mae 
Paulding, Ohio - July 11 1968
     Mrs. Mae LADD, 77 Rt. 1, Grover Hill, died at 11:55 am Saturday, July
6, in the Van Rue Geriatric Center, Van Wert, where she was a resident
nearly a year.
     She was born Jan. 29, 189, in Latty Township., Paulding County, a
daughter of James F. and Nellie (ROSS) MANSFIELD.  She was first married to
Alfred WILLIAMS and following his death to Joseph B. LADD, who died in 1964.
     Surviving are 2 sons, James V. and J. Harold LADD, both of Rt. 1,
Grover Hill; 3 daughters, Mrs. Paul (Lois) SHAW Rt 3, Van Wert; Mrs. Lee
(Helen) Roth and Mrs. Harold (Ilo) ROSS, both of Grover Hill; a brother,
Omar MANSFIELD, Pioneer; 16 grandchildren and 27 g-grandchildren.
     Mrs. LADD also was preceded in death by 2 daughters, Mrs. Allen (Edna)
CARNAHAN and Mrs. LLOYD (Florence) GIROD, 2 brothers, Russell and Cecil
MANSFIELD, a sister, Mrs. _______ ______, _____  ___ grandchildren.
     Services were held at 2 Ppm Tuesday in Bethel United Methodist
Church, where she was a member, the Rev. Paul Miller and Rev. John O'Dell
officiating, Burial was in Middle Creek Cemetery.
