Amarillo O. Frank Ladd O. Frank Ladd, 84, of Amarillo, died Thursday, Sept. 23, 1999. Graveside services will be at 4 p.m. today in Llano Cemetery with Dr. Jim Garrett of Polk Street United Methodist Church officiating. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 S. Georgia St. Mr. Ladd was born in Pattonville. He served in the Army during World War II. For more than 40 years, Mr. Ladd worked at the helium plant. He attended Polk Street United Methodist Church. He married Vesta Mae Sides in 1943 at Monterey, Calif. Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Sandra Watts of Amarillo; and two grandchildren. The family suggests memorials be to Multiple Sclerosis Society, Panhandle Chapter, 6222 Canyon Dr., Amarillo, TX 79109; or Polk Street United Methodist Church Endowment Fund, 1401 S.
