Walter Ladd Dies in Princeton of Fever
Splendid Young Man Brought Back To Trigg County For Burial
Mr. Walter Ladd a former citizen of Trigg county, but who had made his home in Princeton for some three years past, died last Friday afternoon at his home in the city of fever and other complications. He had been ill only a few days.
The remains were brought back to Trigg county and buried just Saturday at the grave yard on the farm of W. C. Hendrick on little river west of Cadiz.
Mr. Ladd was thirty one years of age and was the son of the late Edgar Ladd. Mr. Nep Ladd, north of town, being an uncle. He is survived by the wife, a daughter of Mr. Arch Boyd and two small children. One sister, Mrs. Walter Ramey of near Rinaldo and two brothers, Jesse Ladd of Princeton, and Willie Ladd, living near the mouth of Little river also survive him.
He was a member of Liberty Point Baptist church and a splendid young man and had many friends.
