David F. Kerr left a will that was proven 9 Sep 1871 in Maury County,
Tennessee. See Book F, Volume 1, page 425:
"All my children except Susan C. two shares as she has been with us so
long - Dan Elizabeth Pathis (or Parius?) and her children - my three
sons, David S. Kerr, Robert M. Kerr, Andrew J. Kerr. Thos. Blair and
T. H. Odil, Witnesses."
