(1) Albert Andriesse
Bratt de Noorman,
also known as van Frederickstadt, was born 1607 in Frederikstaad, Norway,
died 7 June 1686 near Albany, New York; his marriage intentions made known
27 March 1632 with assistance from his uncle Lourens Pieters), and he was
married 11 April 1632 in Oudekerk, Amsterdam, Holland, to Annatje
Barentse van Rotmers,
of Oudenbroek, who died before 1662. Oudenbroek may now be that place
called Altenbruch, Niedersachsen, Germany. Albert learned tobacco
farming in his homeland and applied his skills in New York under contract
with Killian van Rensselaer, patroon of the Colony of New Netherlands.

(2) Storm Albertse
Van Der Zee,
was born 2 November 1636 at sea on board the ship Rensselaerwyck,
lattitude 41 degrees 50 minutes, thus his name which means "storm from
the sea." About 1666 he married Hillitje
Gerritsz Lansing,
baptized 9 October 1650, still living on 10 September 1693 in Albany, New
York. Storm's will was probated 1678/1679 in Albany Co., New York.
