SETTLEMENT OF THE ESTATE OF EBENEZER LELAND.


    October 18, 1742.    Administration on the estate of Ebenezer Lealand, late of Sherburn, deceased---is granted to Timothy Lealand, of Holliston, husbandman.

                        JONATHAN LEALAND, of said town, husbandman.
    £500 bond.  AMOS COOLEDGE, of Sherburne, housewright.         Sureties.

    The account of Timothy Lealand, adminis'r of the estate of his father Ebenezer Lealand, late of Sherburn, in the County of Middlesex, deceased, intestate.
    The said accountant, charges himself with the estate of the said deceased, specified in an Inventory, thereof exhibited into the Probate office, for said County on the 18th of  October, 1742,---amounting in the whole to £ ---- Personal  190-10s.-6d., and he now ass----viz:
