                    16                             HENRY LELAND'S CHILDREN AND GRANDCHILDREN
    Middlesex, ss.  Nov. 6, 1743,    Dea. Timothy Lealand, the administrator, presented the foregoing, and made oath, that the same contained a just and true account of his administration, on the said deceased's estate, and produced vouchers, for most of the articles therein contained.

    Sworn before S. Danforth, J. Peace, and Regr.    Having examined this account I allow thereof.                                                            JONA. REMINGTON, J. PRO.



 

    We the subscribers, heirs to the estate of Mr. Ebenezer Lealand, of Sherburn, deceased, would hereby certuify the Hon'ble Samuel Danforth, Esq. that it is our desire Mr. Caleb Lealand, of Sherburn, be appointed administrator, to said estate, in the room of Dea. Timothy Lealand, late of Holliston, deceas'd.

    The account of Caleb Lealand,  administrator de bonis non of the estate of his grandfather, Ebenezer Lealand, late of Sherburne, in the county of Middlesex, deceased.
    The said accountant chargeth himself with the balance due from the former administrator, Timothy, on his account allowed on the 6th of Nov. 1743, being,

    And he craves allowance ( on behalf of the former administrator, as follows, viz.

    Paid to Dr. Bellows, 10s for gloves &c, had of Jno. Phillips,              £    s.    d.
    8-16-0 rates paid to Thos. Cook 17s to Thos. Flag for sundries      17   03    0
            for the funeral of the said deceased,    7-0s-0d
    For the said Timothy's trouble, &c. for admin after his first
            account was exhibited including his journey to                          23     0    0
            Douglass,
        Also for sundries of household stuff delivered to the said
            deceased's widow                                                                   25   18    0
    And for do. delivered to his children        -        -        -        -           33     2  10
