Timothy Lealand, the administrator, presented the foregoing, and made oath, that the same contained a just and true account of his administration, on the said deceased's estate, and produced vouchers, for most of the articles therein contained.Sworn before S. We the subscribers, heirs to the estate of Mr. Ebenezer Lealand, of Sherburn, deceased, would hereby certuify the Hon'ble Samuel Danforth, Esq. that it is our desire Mr. Caleb Lealand, of Sherburn, be appointed administrator, to said estate, in the room of Dea. Timothy Lealand, late of Holliston, deceas'd.
