An Inventory of the real estate
of Mr Ebenezer Lealand, late of Sherburn, deceased, as was apprized, by
us the subscribers, according to old tenor bills, viz:
About fifty-one acres of land, in the town of Douglas,
at one hundred pounds, old tenor,

Buts and Bounds, are as follows :
Southerly on the range line, Easterly in part on Jededia Phips land,
and part on Moses Adams land, till it comes to the range line, first mentioned
bounds.
We have also apprized a right in the Cedar Swamp,
in Holliston, about fibe acres, and one hundred and ten rods, at six pounds
old tenor.

Buts and Bounds, are as follows, (viz,)
Northerly with the lot laid out in right of Thomas Holbrook, Easterly with
the circumfrence line of the Cedar Swamp, Southerly with the lot laid out
in right of Nathaniel Morse, and Westerly with the Center line through
the Cedar Swamp parting, the first and second range of lots. This
lot is in the east range of lots, (14th lot) the land in Douglas, will
accomodate but one of the heirs, without predjudice to or spoiling
the whole; set off to Caleb Lealand, the land in said Douglas, --and also
the land in Holliston we set off to Caleb Lealand also, for no other male
heir appears, by information of the heirs to us, to take said lands.
Mr. Ebenezer Lealand, in the year 1707-8, rec'd of his father 40 acres
of land in advance, tow'ds his portion, Dea. Timothy Lealand,
received in the year 1708.

Isaac Lealand,---received about thirty years past a hundred
pounds,

Amariah Lealand, received of his father, a deed
of gift for one half his home place free and clear, in the year 1731-2,
