Funeral services will be conducted from the Marshall and Marshall Chapel on Saturday at 2 p.m. with burial in Ridge Park Cemetery. He was born Aug. 17, 1890 at St. Joseph, Missouri and came to Hillsboro as a small child. In 1932 he moved to Austin and operated a feed store. He was a member of Ridgetop Baptist Church in Austin. He returned to Hillsboro two years ago. He and Myrtle Young were married Dec. 24, 1908. Survivors include his wife, nine children, Lytal [sic] Martin of Kerrville, Joe Y.
