The entry in the Coal Run cemetery Insrciptions book says : Narcissa N. married to HALL, Alfred in Wash. Co. OH 26 FEB 1824 by Anson Sprague, Justice of the Peace. Died of Pneumonia; 23 January 1883 in Waterford Township, age 78 years , 5 months, and 18 days

He died at Coal Run in 1878. His wife, whose name was Narcissa Ross, was born in 1803, The surviving members of their family are: Matilda Mackay, who resides in Missouri; Malissa Yates, Beverly; Alfred J., Coal Run; Eliza Blackmer, Iowa; Sarah Keever, Coal Run; and Alonzo, who was born in 1828. He married Mary Wilson in 1852. She was born in 1831. They have two children-Clara A. Rose, and Charley.   Mr. Hall was engaged in merchandising at Coal Run from 1857 to 1877. He is now retired from business."
