Washington, Ill. -- Lillian "Pauline" Krumwiede, 72, of Washington,
Ill., sister of two Paxton women, died at 8:50 a.m. Monday (Oct. 20, 1997) at
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Our Savior Lutheran Church, Washington,
the Rev. David E. Likeness officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memory Gardens.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Mason-White Funeral Home and
for one hour prior to the service at the church.
Mrs. Krumwiede was born April 25, 1925, in Cadot, Wis., a daughter of Arthur
Dell and Florence Marie (Scarbrough) Nelson. She married George J. "Bud"
Krumwiede Feb 1, 1945, in Buckley. He survives.
Other survivors include one son, Gerald D. Krumwiede of Washington; one daughter,
Toni (Lonnie) Cline of Washington; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren;
and three sisters, Evelyn Streff and Dorothy Spanhook, both of Paxton; and Lucille
(Gene) Stewart of Urbana.
One son and one brother preceded her in death.
Mrs. Krumwiede was a member of Our Saviour Lutheran Church and Webco Goers Camping
Club. Memorials may be made to her church.
