Former Resident Dies
Word of the death of Mr. Fred Krumwiede, 82, of Matteson,
was received here Friday. The deceased, a former resident of Buckley, died at his
home on Tuesday, September 26. Funeral services were held on Friday afternoon with
burial in the Zion Lutheran cemetery at Matteson. He is survived by two daughters,
Mrs. Lulu Tobler and Anna Krumwiede; two brothers, George H. and August Krumwiede,
and one sister, Mrs. Emma Luhrsen, all of Buckley.
Among those attending the
funeral on Friday were Mr. and Mrs. George H. Krumwiede, sons Alfred and Leo, Mr.
and Mrs. Adolph Krumwiede, Mr. and Mrs. Martin Krumwiede, Mr. and Mrs. John Teske,
Mr. and Mrs. Frank Luhrsen and families, Henry and Herman Krumwiede.
He was married to Louise CLUVER on 22 Nov 1902. Louise CLUVER was born
on 1 Nov 1870. She died on 8 May 1939. Fred G KRUMWIEDE and Louise CLUVER had the
following children:
