to Esther Hilgendorf."
The Buckley Chronicle reads: "Saturday afternoon at four o'clock Miss Esther
Hilgendorf and Mr. Frank Dippel were united in marriage. The happy event took
place at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Hilgendorf, Rev.
Braeunig officiating. Miss Leonora Hilgendorf was maid of honor, and Mr. Walter
Hilgendorf best man.
"After the ceremony proper, a splendid wedding supper was served.
"Mrs. Frank Dippel, the happy young bride, is the oldest daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Hilgendorf. She was reared in this community and is a very popular young
lady. Her pleasing, sunny dispositon made her hosts of friends, friends warm
and true. She will make an excellent help-mate for the young husband.
"Mr. Frank Dippel is the youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Dippel of Cissna
Park. The young man is a picture of manhood. His manly bearing, his industrial
habits, made him many friends. Having lived in this community formerly, he is
well and favorably known here, too.
"This young couple will go to housekeeping on the farm Mr. William Steinmann
will vacate soon. The Chronicle takes pleasure in offering this young couple
felicitations."
Frank L DIPPEL (son of (Father of Frank and Herman)
