Does anyone know who these NEELEY'S are.

A Nice Lady in Morgon Hill CA found this photo in an Antique Shop but
all that is written on the back is "Mr. & Mrs. NEELEY"

This photo is mounted & the name on the front is
"Yosemite Theater Building, Stockton CA"
