The Allen Family

We have two ALLEN families in our ancestry, one paternal and one maternal,
however both hail from the Northeastern part of our country.   The first is Elihu and Tyrephena Yeomans Allen, who were originally from  Connecticut and Massachusetts, and who were early pioneers in northeast Ohio in Ashtabula County.   The second
Allen family is that of Oscar Allen of Washington County, New York.
