The Craig Family Archives

Our Craig family begins with William Creague, a soldier from Craig Head, Scotland,  who came
to County Fermanagh in settlement of property owed to him.  His grandson, Hugh Craig, was the first of the family to come to the United States in 1818, after which the remaining family
emigrated.   Our Craig's were prolific in western Pennsylvania, most specifically in Indiana and Allegheny counties.
