Edward Ramsower Sold 20 acres of land on the waters of Little Brush Creek on 16 November, 1799 to Samuel Cox for 55 silver dollars. Recorded Nov. 1800 in Book L, page 123, North Carolina Record of Deeds. Witnessed by William Cox and James Hadley.

Edward Ramsower Sold 100 acres of land on 21 August, 1805 (adjacent to Michael Ramsower Tract) to Abraham Lane for 100 dollars. Recorded Feb. 1806 in Book O, page 84 in North Carolina Record of Deeds. Witnessed by Richard Jones, Lepe Bray, and ?(Tid)ance Lane.

Edward Ramsower Sold 200 acres of land on Little Brush Creek on 21 August, 1805 to Abraham Lane for 500 dollars. Recorded Feb. 1806 in Book O, page 85 in North Carolina Record of Deeds.
Witnessed by Richard Jones, Lepe Bray, and ?(Tid)ance Lane.

Edward Ramsower Conveys his 1/2 interst in 10 acres of land, including the rights to a supposed mine of valuable metal, to Samuel Cox on 2 October, 1805 (no consideration mentioned). Recorded Feb. 1806 in Book O, page 92 in North Carolina Record of Deeds. Witnessed by A. Lane and James Hadley.
