"There is no extant register of the Members of the Old Portuguese Church in Port-of-Spain. This list, however, dates from 1855, a year after the
founding of the congregation under Rev. Mr. Vieria and so provides at least some idea of those involved in the church. The Patriotic Fund was
a charity at the time of the Crimean War."
