Duncan


DUNCAN (1001-1040), King of Scotland - Duncan is a good king who his people like. He gives the title of the Thane of Cawdor to Macbeth. This is a big mistake that ends up getting him killed. By no fault of his own he is unable to discern those who threaten his reign.

His father was "Grimus" Crinan (975-1045) and his mother was "Beatrix" Bethoc. His wife was "Sybil" Aelflaed. His child was "King of Scotland" Malcomb III (1031-13Nov1093).
