The Neutral Zone

I originally started this web page to have a place where I could put up information about my everquest charactors. After that time I found I had other things I wanted to comment about. Since my interests have expanded I have decided to seperate the everquest charactors from the main page and have a couple of pages linked off of this one so folks that like one subject do not have to see other subjects. I am trying to retain all the information I had, just organize it a bit better.

State of Ohio Passes House Bill 347

This legislation does not allow cities and other organized areas to create any restrictions on almost any facet of gun ownership. HB347 effectively cancels out the Columbus Ohio Restrictions on the owning of various weapons that Columbus City Council chose to call assault weapons. Please be assured that HB347 does not change any federal laws already in place. Owning of fully automatic weapons and silencers is still restricted by federal law, though legal when appropriate procedures are followed. Government buildings are still off limits for conceal carry. Schools still have their weapons free zones intact. This is a very significant change in the State of Ohio, and may I say, I can now call it the Great State of Ohio again and be honest.
