Signature of Johann Henrich Silvius

Mrs. Mary Cole, a descendant of Johann Henrich Silvius, copied this sample of Johann Henrich Silvius' signature from Pennsylvania German Pioneers, The Original Lists of Arrivals In the Port of Philadelphia from 1727 to 1808 by Ralph Beaver Strassburger, L.L.D., President of the Pennsylvania German Society. Edited by William John Hinke, Ph.D., D.D., in three volumes--Volume II: Facsimile Signatures, 1727-1775, Pennsylvania German Society, Norristown, Pennsylvania, 1934 Edition. It is believed that later editions omitted the signatures.
