  1835 Henry to Kerchner.jpg (18456 bytes)

Recorded 13 February 1846, Book 3, Page 288, Northampton County.  This property was in Ross Township in 1835--which eventually became Monroe County.

There is probably some of the legal description missing from this deed.  On lot 3, either one measurement is too long or another side is off by a few degrees.

On lots 1 and 2, also likely something is missing.  The longest boundary on the left runs along a "public road" and further on down, near the end of the legal description, the boundary goes "to the middle of the Creek and thence up the middle of the creek to the place of beginning."  The deed does not say which Creek.
