1855, 7 March William Varner conveyed to P. S. Weaver one-half of Lot 116. 
 

1858, 3 October, Jacob and Martha Hollingworth to Henry Varner, property in Buffalo Township, Butler County, Pennsylvania, approximately 29 acres

1858, 14 December, Peter S. Weaver and wife Anne and Henry Varner of Freeport Borough, to Elisha Gibson of ____ Township, Allegheny County, $185, property in Freeport Borough, Lot 116, bounded on the north by High Street, on the east by First Street, on the south by Mulberry Alley, on the west by Lot number 117, the one-half of said Lot as described being the same which William Varner, by his deed dated 7 March 1855, conveyed to P. S. Weaver and the remaining half the same which James Milligan by his deed dated 16 September 1854, conveyed to Henry Varner, one of the present grantors.
