Download a copy of a portion of an old map of Freeport Borough (ca 1842 1854) showing John Varner's lots and its relation to Old Freeport Cemetery.  For years this map portion was thought to have come from a map dated 1842.  This map is actually a portion of a photocopy of a map dated 1854.  The Freeport Area Historical Society sells this 1854 map.  For more postcard views of Freeport Borough and the Freeport Area Historical Society:

This is a better copy of the same area of Freeport Borough from the 1854 map showing various Varner-related properties proved from deeds located by Lori (Varner) Waters, Marie Robinson, and the original Varner researchers.
