Mr. and Mrs. William O'Neil and family, Mrs. Chester Robinson of Willmar, and Mrs. Leslie Hilliard and daughter were the children of Susan S. (Varner) Hilliard Foley.  Reuben Hilliard was their father.  Susan S. (Varner) was the daughter of David Varner.

Doris and Florence Des Marais, Sauk Rapids, were the daughters of Emily Jane (Varner) Des Marais, daughter of Solomon Varner and his second wife, Amelia (Rehaume).
